Information is collected only when you choose to submit it: your name, email address, and optional phone number, organization, role, and message when you request the assessment, a sample chapter, speaking, AI training, bulk orders, or general contact.

Assessment answers are scored in your browser. Results are only stored if you explicitly choose to save or email them.

Submitted information is used to send the resource you requested, to respond to your inquiry, and — where you agreed — to send occasional updates about the book, training, and speaking. It is not sold or rented.

This site uses a hosted database to store submissions and an email marketing platform to deliver requested resources and updates. These providers process data only to deliver these services.

Aggregate analytics may be used to understand which pages and resources are useful. Any analytics tools used are configured to measure site usage, not to identify you personally.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing hello@andresmjones.com.
